Any one can assume by seeing the ratings given by me. Here environment is so bad. Always you will have a fear for job unsecurity. HR rules are huge. But working culture is not as per policy. The person who will work hard dedicatedly he will die here. He will be in focus that how this person will make mistakes & will be out from the system. No value of the subordinate employees. Your promotion, increment doesn't as per your actual performance done through out the year. But it is evaluated on the month they will review and totally depends upon the managers false recommendation. So vary risky employment here at Bisleri. But brand is very big....Read More

If manager will provide false recommendation about an employee, he will be evaluated as per that false recommendation. Accordingly Management will act. No one will ask anything about the condition of about the fact what an employee is facing. If HR will ask directly to employee that is only for formality. And then HR will do as per manager will provide false information. Blind management totally.

Work Details

Working without tea/coffee as per will of manager & monopoly desire. No picnic. No entertainment. Only work & go home. Don't expect for a good increment/promoion. If possible do illegal thing with manager. Then you will be rewarded.
