If u are fresher and want to learn things as software developer then good start for u if u don't think about what they paid , bcz lots off salary issues is there. No work life balance bcz u don't get salary on time, in last year covid19 pandemic we all suffered financial issues, but birlamedisoft holdings our salary from jan 2020 , in lockdown birlamedisoft not supposed employees . Although they don't paid salaries which i work before covid19. already i told salary date not fix, always hold 2,3 months salary.
