Now Birla tyre plant is closed.So, nothing to say. I have started my career with this organisation at the edge of the end of this organisation. So I didn’t experience real culture of Birla tyre.

Dislikes

As I mentioned, I joined Birla tyres at the edge of the end, I couldn’t experience the real Birla tyres.I still have 6 months salary uncleared. Company owner was very cheap in terms of giving salary & wedges to her employees.

There was a good working environment before right years ,team was good, it is in my hometown and able to maintain a good quality.
