As a lead of team, I got opportunity to learn more about accounts, sales, purchase, Scm,service etc. Department activity while interacting with end users and management staffs and come across various latest IT medium and technology, accomplished global projects and accuired great experience in all aspects of IT functions.

Dislikes

Company policy is good, but I think there are somethink lack in future strategy and planning that being produce constraints in future growth.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
