Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Wonderful teammates, plenty of on-job training and workshops, job is secure unless someone commits a fraud or is completely incapable of carrying out the work given, talent is recognised and opportunities are given for growth and self-expression, salary can always be better, appraisal is reasonably fair. There is opportunity to travel within the country and abroad. Politics will be there in any organisation, as here, but it does not go out of hand in most cases.
