Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management is really good. As a fresher, it was a good platform for me to gain basic work experience.

The main thing I disliked about working at BCL is, they do not pay salary on time with which I felt very difficult.

Felt bit difficult in the beginning as there was no proper training session. But I learnt everything on the job. I even got a chance to handle receivables part of the company all alone, which helped me to be more confident in my life.

Bird catering lounge it has handled by bird group companies it has founded at 1971 it has so many businesses companies under this like aviation, technology, hospitality, travel and also hospitality. The first two lounges are situated at banglore international airport operated by the name of above ground level lounge.
