1. Absurd target setting and no guidance as such how to achieve it. 2. New management donot think about the organisational benefit rather they impose heavy demands which is leading to destruction. 3. Product shortages are nails on their coffin. 4. The way things are going right now, one can never achieve budget or incentive and increments are fool's paradise. 5.
