This Paper industry is the one of the best industry. Work freedom and management is very good 👍 this Company is good for work.

Dislikes

Salary time ,and during leave salry hold system is not good and food , canteen system is not good.

The company has very good equipment which was fully automised and updated

Dislikes

Work pressure is high we have to work minimum 12 hrs to maximum 16hrs a day.no incentives ,employee benifits like PF,ESI ect.and no basic facilities like drinking water and toilets.coming to salary,it will not compete with ur work

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
