Neither personal growth nor career is safe here. Toxic and highly stressful office Environment. Salary can be reduce if you did not joined on exact joining date. salary is not exact what we discussed in an interview, very disappointed by managers and company owner.

I am beyond disappointed with the experience I had with this company. From start to Finish, my interaction with this company was nothing short of nightmare. The management is completely against employees work life balance. Work environment is toxic and highly stressful. Overwork is not encouraged. Company Manager can't communicate in English and ask their employees to teach me Hindi so she can communicate well. They do not take internal feedback seriously even after poking for so many times. You can use your phone for 8 hours, can't even listen music or talk to colleague during work time. Overall BIM HEROES is a prime example of how not to run a business. This office has given me emotional trauma. I had to leave this job without having another in hand. I would drink so much to take off there shit but won’t get high at all. Too personal managers. Micromanaged entire team. If I would take leave one day, the other day the manager won’t speak to me. So childish behaviour. No planned work days.
