1) Appraisal- you can say no appraisal 2) Timing- sometime they make us stay 2-3 hours extra to work and call us on non-working Saturdays as well for full day. 3) Coordinator- Primary coordinator thinks its her school, very uncooperative 4) Leave policy 5) Notice period

There is nothing i like.I am having really really hard time here. I have never felt demotivated ever but here cordinator makes you feel disgusting, useless, and demotivated. I am just going to switch my job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. No proper salary structure. Pathetic conditions for employees. Never give the security back to the teachers on leaving. Every program is paid for students. No clean drinking water available. No proper cleaning staff available. No electricity available for working staff in June.
