Experience of working culture and behaviour is not good with client EY of BSDM with district employee they are not giving and facilities (like medical, insurance etc to their employees and not paying good salary only they paying 32k salary to DSM including laptop hire, TA, Stationary . At corona time we have loss our two colleagues but no one helped to their families nor EY nor BSDM. Secondary I want to know from Mkcl or BSDM on what parameters every year they are giving renewals to the training centres.
