Earlier this organisation is gud. But now its full of poltics n biased bases. You are performing but your boss is not liking you even that how much correct you are. Trust me they will intentionally make your life spoil by imposing unnecessary pressure and demands for that work, which can't be possible for them too in that circumstances n resources. Likes

Very professional environment. Flexible management. Performers are always supported and appreciated. Quality of work and scope for innovation was exceptionally good. A lot of opportunities for growth, skill development, exposure to challenges, decision making, and business case studies. Good coordination and supportive teams.

Dislikes

Unions at stores is the only thing which at times becomes difficult to manage.
