I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

I have learn how to work in finance company

Dislikes

Company is good but I have to work harder for 10-12 hrs after working for company they never used to give incentive for my goal which achieved only they kept on hopes . Sometime s salary not on time as well as increment I didn't got after working for 2 year for the company so what the use off.
