The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that i am part of the store team and my colleagues came from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. Another strong point is that i got to learn in different fields as opportunity is giving to who so ever has interest in learning aside your job description.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor and the growth of the company is on the high side. The work pressure is very high, i have to work Monday to Sunday always without a day off. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths and recognition of long term service award for the contract staffs like me that has worked with the company for 7 years 10 months.

Work Details

My work is slightly challenging as i act as a fore man doing different jobs in the store. Sometimes it's boring working there and sometimes fun when you get to do just one job for the day that you are been employed for.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
