As we all known that the learning is the process of earning So at the starting stage as GTE is very good environment to work with this company for me good team leader..

Dislikes

Its all abt the lack of planing guidance and its play major role in construction field. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
