I was dealing with all Departments and responsible for Administration, Legal, Corporate, monitoring sales target

Nothing as such and specific. I assume duplication of effort was there in comparison of compensation and growth which was very slow. Lack of decision at an appropriate point of time was one of the main reasons and repetition of the exercise which was affecting value and time as well.

Work Details

I was working on all fronts including Administration, Legal, Personnel Management, Back Office Management, Monitoring Sales Targets, preparation and review of contracts with the Vendors, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Service Providers etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)
