The company is very much focused on the projects in hand and has vision for its future clear and steady.

Salary - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

As of now since projects are few and limited, growth prospects are low but given the compensation and job security in the present scenario will hardly matters.
