You have to be a sycophant and yes man of your superiors. Your work is not acknowledged at all. The superiors are lacking in merit and have got their present positions not on merit but because during the telecom boom when rapid promotions were there in almost all telecom companies and the said superiors are rating their subordinates who are much better than them.

Dislikes

There is no effective control over superiors who themselves are inefficient and possibly not honest also.
