I have worked with this company for 24 years 6 months, I never fill that any time I may loose my job. That's the beauty of this Company. work culture is good but little improvement is required. The management is very good, top level are very much co operative with there subordinates. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

I always got good very good teammates during my full tenure of my work. Salary is excellent. Regarding career growth policies are very good. In few cases seniors are deprived, after getting all promotion in right time also few officers was getting less salary than their juniors. Top level after knowing this also kept silent. I always worked in maintenance department and I learnt so many technical as well as official work during my stay in this company. I thing I must say in this platform that company has given me a very good township atmosphere.
