I worked at Bharat scans as a Microbiologist for about two months. Prior to my employment, the lab was without a Microbiologist (i.e. MD Microbiology qualification) for several months and lab technicians were doing all the reporting including for culture analysis. The facilities were minimal, reagents & test kits were not available most of the times (mostly due to non payment of dues to the suppliers). Most of the technicians were incompetent and they could not be relied on for anything. The MD of Bharat Scans (Dr Emmanuel) is a crook and as unethical as can be. He would demand that test results be delivered the same day even when he knew that the test kits/ reagents were unavailable. Technicians and most workers there were terrified of him. I finally quit when I saw technicians cooking up numbers in the Biochemistry lab (for PSA - Prostate specific antigen - a screening test for prostate cancer) and sending out reports without even running the test. I spoke to Dr Emmanuel about it and when he refused to do anything about it, I quit. Also, I was not paid my salary for the two months I worked there. No regrets I enjoyed working in Bharat Scan, if opportunity allows like to work for Bharath Scan, MD is very Good, Md's expectation very high we have to match him and must have the heart to work hard and long time.

I had working experience in Bharat scan lot of work I have learned in scan center so I have knowledge of microbiology department .I love working in Bharat scan because all the equipment is great .I had done culture analysis.
