Large organisation so processes are all standardised, there are structures for everything. Job Security and benefits are really great.

Dislikes

Focus on developing leaders and people is becoming lesser. Not much scope and encouragement for different viewpoints.

It has the typical job security aspects of a PSU. Good for initial few years but apathetic people and pathetic work culture.

Dislikes

No career planning, people would be posted randomly. HR department is clueless and will bend over backwards on the whim of any high official with access to the top. Most give gyaan...like had it been private this is how it would operate. Ironically those giving the gyaan never worked a single day in a pvt company.
