Working in shop gives you rich experience in both hydraulic and mechanical elementals.lively people.

Poor ethics ,time not given to complete the work .no detailed working procedure.A management which doesn't understand how much time needed to build any machine,poor material inflow, incomplete design, completly customer oriented. Biggest of all no training,no knowledge sharing.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
