Teammates are good and job security also good but I am working on contract basis so there is no salery growth thats why I am looking forward to someone another company which gives me respect and I also give them 100% efficiency work.work life balance is good and skills development is too good

Onestly speaking I am working through MPTA education which is neem contract that's why they didn't give that much of importance to me.but I have learned lots of things myself to improve my range it's somehow little good experience

I am working on mass production so it's little different from other but I work with full of efficiency and effectiveness. I have knowledge of all CNC,vmc,spm, grinding,cmm,perthometer,trymos,all documentation along with line audit
