Steady & peaceful life. Job Security Defence Industry, working with missiles & explosive components - a rare opportunity For enthusiastic persons, lot of scope to learn about electronics, defense systems and explosives. Very strong order book.

Very slow career growth & reservation for promotions. Less increments. Increments will never beat inflation. CTC 12LPA but take home including all allowances is around 55k per month. Increment per year is Rs. 1200 + DA of Rs.2000. Old fashioned work culture, no mobile phone or internet is allo wed inside</mark>.
