1)No job guaranty, they can fire you with any silly reason like you spend extra money on Food, Auto. There are many tenured employees who exhibited a reluctance to share vital information with the key decision makers. There are no parties or even if you have to celebrate someone's birthday/send off you will be unappreciated. Employees are pressured to compromise their personal time by updating same thing over whatsapp, email, Sap,and Excel database. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> Even after doing everything you will not receive any appraisals</mark>.
