The company use to have Job Security which was something I liked. But in the situation if Covid 19 I found my company not very supportive. March 20 only 21 days salary given and no update about April 20, May 20 salary. It is something which hurts many of sentiments. After covid 19 job security is no more in the company.

Uniform work load is not correctly distributed. Suppose some has 5 years of experience getting more salary than the person has 10 years of experience. If the company like someone he/she more job responsibility, more salary growth whereas someone has more experience and much higher education than the former person but not getting anychance to prove his/her skills.
