The best thing was that I was teaching students who were having good background of science

There was no systematic approach to class, no proper communication, project money was not utilised properly, lack of discipline, lack of honesty, lack of creativity, corrupt environment, fear, lack of grievance redressal, lack of working instruments.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
