Bhadra as an organisation has a good work culture,it accepts new joinees as its family member and provides a good platform for employees working in Bhadra to grow and excel in their career. Bhadra provides good training platform to its new joinees to learn the dynamics of Aviation and Ground Handling in building their Technical as well as Behavourial Competencies.

Dislikes

I work in Bhadra and like the work environment. What I do not like in Bhadra is the Workmen catagory who are not loyal to the Organisation and take the organisation into granted despite of the organisation giving all possible benefits to the workmen catagory.

Work Details

My work in Bhadra is highly challenging . This involves Man Management which I feel is not easy. It involves bringing in discipline at work by introducing new processes and systems. Motivating large workforce and building trust and competencies.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
