This is a very good company in construction field. The environment is perfect for working on project sites.Company policies are an excellent and useful for learning. Excellent supporting staffs for management of site.

Worst to worst. It is like 1900 century company like a contractor. Very bad experience. No job security. Absolutely no. Don't recommend anyone for job.

No time guaranteed. Site incharge is like God. If he wants can remove you within a minutes

I joined as HR & Admin head but when accountant resigned took charge of finance too and worked for 2end of project. But before closing of project they told me to resign without any notice.

Here I am working at site level and looking after all function of HR, IR , Admin and personnel . Total staff strength is about 80 at site. Job security and career growth is definitely there if a person work good. Salary and appraisal also good. After all a good company.

Dislikes

Retirement age is 58. Financial power is cetralised. For every small amount approval is required.
