I seriously made a stupid mistake by joining this company, and I hope you don’t do the same. If you’re coming in for design, copy, or anything else, it might be fine, but if you’re planning to join as an account manager, please don’t. There’s no growth here, and the politics have no boundaries. I’ve been working here for a year, andhonestly, there’s nothing I can say I’ve really learned. If you date or get involved with someone higher up, you’ll get more preference and resources—you can come in whenever and leave whenever. But if you’re not in that circle, just be ready to do whatever you’re told. The language is often filled with cuss words, and I’ve seen everyone leave. It seems like the senior manager who thinks he’s the boss and his girlfriend are creating a family here while nobody talks about it.
