The office location amd interior of co-working space. Now we have ony 8 seats there from 24 just in 6 months.

Dislikes

18 employee left just due to management and skilled work strategy. They hire on skill basis but you have to work on any depertment, somtimes in marketting too.. its worst organisation..

I like everything, I have no regrets. Yes sometimes I had a tiff with my colleagues but that does not mean they are bad, it's just a difference of opinions.

Dislikes

Not having many projects, although I belong to the division which is responsible for getting new projects. Yes we have very limited projects to work on.

The team is good and supportive. Everyone puts in more than 100% of their efforts.

Dislikes

The Management is worse than pathetic. They will never recognize your efforts but will surely try to prove you incompetent and harass you to exit you from the company just because they do not have funds to provide you with salary and gratuity and variables and appraisals.

everything under the sun even if it not a part of my KRA- like hauling boxes during shifting, acting as a lawyer in case a notice is put up by an ex employee.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
