Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Beyerdynamic has very small operation in India. Total employee 7 only. No job security. Assistant Manager is a sales role. Where I lost my job during Pendamic. Naveen Sharma is the National Head, earlier he was Assistant Manager. He got that job role because company size is small. They will just ask you to study, no proper training is given to employees.
