Company leadership is in not clear of hiring. They over hired people and now people have no job security. Be sure of what area of work you are joining, will this help you in gaining any skill or is it just regular copy paste type work. No real career growth, only good for money.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
