Nothing is good here. People are fake and unlike corporate, you have to call them Ma'am or sir otherwise they get triggered and make your life hell..

Everything. Working culture, work hours, people and management with attitude. No one will help you or adjust for yourself. Everyone wants to make your life hell. You have to be available on Saturday if there is no work then also you have to be work if they call. I got frustrated and leave this company due to politics and helplessness.

This company not pay Bonus, no increment every year when pay increment after 3-4 years 3 to 4 ℅ do not contribute PF other wise all is well.

There is no hierarchy followed. There is no increment or salary hike. The management will shift you to the client site without even informing you. There is no work life balance at all.

One of bad experience in career. Have to work minimum more than 12 to 15 hrs daily.. payscale is low compare to work pressure. Top managment is poor. Try to create unwanted politics in team members.Team leader create unnecessary scenario of small small things. Actual issues always get ignored.
