This company not pay Bonus, no increment every year when pay increment after 3-4 years 3 to 4 ℅ do not contribute PF other wise all is well.

No personal life and there is no life security, we don't have any growth, will not get any paid leave, and if we got any sick won't get any paid leave and security. Work environment we should work like robot I had a very bad experience in Bettercom and I had worked 24 hours continually without getting any rest.
