They keep changing some policies every time, which has happened this year as well. In 2024, they changed the system of increment and no one got increment.

They isolate you and Gaslight you to work like a slave and get more sales than market demands, unethically and unprofessional y run company. They may fire you tomorrow if one of their relatives ego gets hurt. Family run company with deep ego and no human sentiments. It may seem like and marketed like their boss is an humanitarian, but he runs on greed. People do business for profits, but what they have is more than greed. You may lie or scam people, if you achieve and earn more money for the boss, you are a knight in the company and they give Pay Salary to you like you didn't work for it. Lots of pressure in sale, They called every store is loss making store , job is not secure, upper management like NSM , RM not gud , Lots of mannual work , lots of checklist, their digital things is very backward compared to other companies

Lots of trainings and learnings. Culture is good only when the store is achieving its nos Incentives are good if targets are achieved.

Hard to maintain work life balance. Work and performance pressure. Team members do not respect each other's. Lots of fight within the team member for sale. No Promtions / Very time taking promtions.
