Overall company culture is good. Only mechanical department culture very poor.Hod has Zero percent knowledge but has 100 % ego. Threatning us and ask to serach for another job. Use abuse word in front of all other people. Daily at 6 pm leaving time his psycho wake up and forced every one for faltu work to stisfies his ego

Worst working Environment in Mechanical department after joining you feel like leaving company in 1 month due to mental torturing and sick atmosphere which effects your personal life , and also no proper career growth in company specially in mechanical dept,No support from mechanical manger to his team in all aspects after work morethan 1.5 year. I have seen new joiner getting frustrated and leaving in 1-2 months , specially in utility dept were i have seen more than 10+ resign in span of one year and overall in mechanical and utility dept more than 16 resign in just 1 year.You have to work after office hours every day. If i could give -ve star for worklife balance/Mental Herrasment/By HOD_ Frequent Resign/Mechanical Maintenance Department One thing i should aware you about Mechanical Maintenance Department. If you are going to the mechanical maintenance department, you will fill very high level of mental harresment by HOD- Divyesh Davis. Let me explain you how, at time of leaving at 6:00 pm, he will open his eyes and tell you to complete your pending work, so during his session you will miss your bus and you must stay for more working hours, hence work is not much important/having high priority. The reason to stay is only to satisfy his ego. If you don't stay, he will target you personally and torture you more and more. I only left for 20 days on time at 6:00 pm after my joining. Guys i don't want new commer in Maintenance department to suffer like this. Moreover you can not fell work life balance if you work with this type of Manager. After my joining, in 16 months, 11 team members (Engineer- Executive- Assistant Manager) had resigned from post. Main reason is mental harassment.
