Beshay steel had very big dream of feature. Due to global market situation and cost take longer time to fulfill their goals.

Dislikes

Direct involvement of work force is not satisfactory. There is no competition of individual carriers growth as management not recognized in personal and appreciation in terms of promotion and revising is income.
