Good lower level staff. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Very high politics. No role of HR. HR do nothing for employees benefits. No segregation of duty. Only 1 person hold the role of HR head,IT Head and Finance Head.There is one or 2 men ruled the entire company. No job security. Employees can be terminated without any reason because of high politics. In Accounts person name "Umesh Gupta" is very play very bad politics within the team. His behaviour is very rude and bad, he abuses his team members, blames others for every wrong work he has done, gives wrong information to everyone when asked, he does not allow any new employee to stay in the company....Read More

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
