NOTHING. It’s a horrible place in the name of office, Job, management, employee retention. And you just forget the salary. U r most welcome if you can work for free at that place. Senior people have no sense to talk. No team work, no training. It’s a trading office on the name of company. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
