Likes

Best for using as a spring board, National presence make it more famous and earn respect due to Media conglomerate. Best if you do not have high aspirations. Work culture , family life balance is good, Pays regularly on time.

Dislikes

Monotonous work, no internal job rotation, Adhere to old and inhouse SAP technology does not allow to rise. Promotions and rise are rare, only few designation changes to some extent.

Work Details

Implementation of various Data base platform changes from UNIX/UNIFY to ORACLE and SAP at user level. Back office SAP operational support to Sales/ A/c and Logistics.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)
