Company atmosphere, my to do jobs, my daily work & also behaviour of all staff and labour.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Company has no infrastructure. In this company I haven't been able to get any growth and opportunities and alo there is no future for me. There is no compensation & benifit.

a senior consultant

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Likes

Very Very bad company. Management like local retails shop. You will not improve here. Very less salary. Maximum people works here for addiction of alcohol. Maximum people came from Bihar. and literate.

Dislikes

nothing to like. No amenities available. Even they do not provide a proper chair, Air conditioner not working . Very hot here in Summer.
