Nothing. Huge politics among team. Those who are in system since last 25 years and more thought themselves the owner of the company especially GM sales and other senior Sales Managers. GM sales is an illiterate person who use to abuse his team like anything in front of everyone. No bank will offer loan after seen the payslip becauseof its contents. I request every individual not even to think joining this company....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
