Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Our Bella Family is Great, with different members having different perspectives. some are motivator, learners and teacher. many wonderful people are present here and I'm very happy to be with them.

Important members in our team may accept a person's work-related mistake once. but any mistake happen against future, they tend to corner that same person. As a result the future becomes very uncertain for that individual. The Bella family is good, but some members have a very negative mindset.
