- management is quite linient to people due to which many people tend to take advantage - Seniors/middle management lack of team spirit - old employees do not accept new ideas/change openly - non performing employees are not sacked neither any action is taken against them - giving raise to people who donot event perform basic dutyfor which they are hired - top management gives too many second chances to non performers by alloting them in another product or department -this company believes in hiring freshers,and then grooming them, this is very time consuming on the team productivity...Read More

There is high degree of job security. Seniors and colleagues are always there to help each other as and when needed. Upper most management is friendly and supportive that employees never hesitates to share their problem with Management. Frequent parties and outings. Policies of the company best in industry.
