I have joined this company (previously known as Datum Hindustan Pvt Ltd) since June 2011, Proud to be a part of team who is responsible to built up this company brick by brick. i joined as a Recruitment manager, promoted to Head of Operation and now am managing this business on behalf of share holders. to work in small companies, employer requires the team to be aggressive and self motivated and self initiated.
