The one who wants his job by doing nothing can join BDI. Only one person from every department works honestly and that also due to job security as there is too much politics at plant & management level as well. I informed BDI in lockdown period that I can't come for the month June-20, but in the end of the month June, they decided to terminate me and forced me to resign and gave me reason that I have not informed about rejoining in lockdown period. Politics. Bad use of Authorization/power of plant managers & management. Fake appreciation.

As I was fresher while joining BDI, it was little great to know new things, but this is surely not the platform where you can build your career.
