Nothing should be like here… worst work culture. Employee exploitation. Inhuman pressure (not about work at all, unnecessary pressure).

Dislikes

Everything is pathetic.. Proprietary firm, extremely bad work culture, no support from management. MD, CEO are in-human, no culture to talk to employees. Salary and incentive structure is pathetic. They hold incentives because of others mistake. Very very bad - people working there as they’re seeking job outside not recommended to anyone. DO NOT FALL INTO BRAND BMW.
