The working culture is quite good. The seniors are approachable and quite friendly.

Dislikes

The salary is too low and there is no appropriate appraisal. If someone is looking for a great pay then you should not join this firm.

Good work culture and assignments of various nature are available to work on.

Dislikes

Appraisals are actually not that great, but yes they do have bonus post completion of each year. Also, there is no separate place for havings meals.e cafeteria etc

There is alot to learn, opportunities galore for starting for your professional, work life. The way they have been supporting me through COVID-19 lockdown is by not cutting my salary.

Dislikes

Compensation is comparatively lower than the industry average, also number of leaves & holidays given are lesser.

Work Details

Anybody who is starting their career and wants to learn to begin with, good place to be at, don't expect a fancy compensation. However there are no other benefits as such.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
