As a store Manager nothing is good

Salary - Good

Dislikes

You are donkey for Management, 12hr job, No personal life, on paper you have casual leave but practically you can't take, No housekeeping, stock boy for store, Too much work load. If you have godfather in Bata then only you can survive else you barely manage to survive. Every report here is Manual no excel nothing.
